Growing up in Sydney and now calling the Central Coast home, Belinda recently completed the Diploma of Remedial Massage, and holds a special interest in the sporting side of the industry. This has lead to past and present work with various clubs in the NRL, NRLW and the Men’s A-League, also spending occasional weekends assisting local football clubs on the coast.
Always looking to add new skills to her repertoire, she has a keen interest in continually building on her education and abilities in the field of remedial massage, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in massage therapy.
Belinda understands that patients have individual health, life and training demands and enjoys treating patients with both their acute and long-term goals in mind. Belinda finds the most satisfying thing about working in the massage industry, is having somebody present with either chronic or acute pain or discomfort, and have them leave a session feeling almost instant relief and improved range of motion.
In her spare time, Belinda enjoys a variety of strength and conditioning training, and has participated in a number of fun runs including multiple runs in the City to Surf. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and getting out enjoying the sunshine.
